Developer contributions

We adopted the developer contributions supplementary planning document which forms part of the local development framework on 29 March 2007.

The developer contributions supplementary planning document explains in more detail those policies which seek contributions from developers of land and buildings, in order to lessen the impact of carrying out new developments. Topics covered include:

  • affordable housing for local needs
  • recreation open space
  • waste and recycling facilities
