The chance to make a splash, scale new heights or crack the code

We’re giving you the chance to win an unforgettable adventure at one of the region’s top outdoor attractions – the North Yorkshire Water Park. Set just outside of Scarborough, this lakeside destination offers something for every kind of explorer, from water sports and high-adrenaline thrills to peaceful paddles and puzzle-solving challenges.

One lucky winner will receive a family pass for four, giving full access to a choice of four exciting activities, while one runner-up will get the chance to try one of the park’s headline experiences – including the Warrior Aqua Park or soaring through the air on the attraction’s zipline.

The Warrior Aqua Park is now officially open for the season, with giant inflatables, slides, and climbing challenges floating on the lake ready for thrill-seekers to tackle. Elsewhere on the water, visitors can enjoy stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, wakeboarding and more.

For those who prefer to stay dry, the park also offers a range of land-based activities including axe throwing, archery, low ropes, climbing, and the ever-popular Puzzle Rooms – now featuring new challenges for 2025.

New this month and sure to get hearts racing, Laser Tag is also now available at the North Yorkshire Water Park. Set in the immersive Adventure Wood, this high-energy activity promises a fun and competitive experience with live leaderboards, tactical gameplay, and action-packed extras like simulation hand grenades. Whether you’re celebrating with friends or engaging in some friendly rivalry, Laser Tag adds an exciting new dynamic to your day out, making it perfect for family groups, parties, or corporate team-building days.

The on-site café at North Yorkshire Water Park is open daily, serving a seasonal selection of hot and cold food, drinks, and sweet treats, perfect for refuelling after a session on the water or in between adventures.

And that’s not all – the team at North Yorkshire Water Park has teased that something big, bold and sparkly is making a splash this May. Details are still under wraps but keep an eye out for an exciting announcement!
