Selby historical archived plans

On 17 September 2019 we gave approval for work to begin on the preparation of a new comprehensive local plan, as a result, progress on the site allocations local plan was halted indefinitely.

In 2012 we halted work on the site allocations development plan document as we focused resources on the adoption of the core strategy.

The Station Quarter is a 20-ha site within Selby town, centred upon the railway station.
