The use of land in excess of the areas mentioned in the subjoined table for the purpose of selling or disposing of goods therefrom
The table
- The use of land of an area of less than 2,025 square metres (excluding land used for car parking purposes in connection with the said use) being land to which any order made under Section 51 of the Shops Act 1950 applies on a Sunday.
- The use of land of an area of less than 1,350 square metres (excluding land used for car parking purposes in connection with the said use) on a Sunday, in any case not falling within paragraph 1 of this table.
- The use of land of an area of less than 9,000 square metres (excluding land used for car parking purposes in connection with the said use) on any day of the week except Sunday.
