North Yorkshire Locality Boards
Locality boards are a dynamic collaboration between education leaders and North Yorkshire Council. There are five boards each representing a different area of the county:
- Craven Locality Board
- Harrogate Knaresborough Ripon Locality Board
- Hambleton Richmondshire Locality Board
- Scarborough Whitby Ryedale Locality Board
- Selby Locality Board
Each board shares the aim of maximising outcomes and promoting inclusivity for children and young people aged from 0 to 25 years old.
North Yorkshire Council allocates an annual budget to each board, enabling them to initiate projects tailored to the evolving needs of their communities. To find out more about the boards and the projects on offer, visit the North Yorkshire Locality Board website.
