Win afternoon tea or a hamper from Bettys Café and Tea Rooms

Bettys has become a Yorkshire institution after the café and tea rooms was established more than a century ago in 1919.

And for anyone visiting one of the Harrogate-based company’s establishments, an afternoon tea is often the order of choice from the menu.

We are offering the chance for two lucky winners to sample a delicious new afternoon tea and experience the finest that Bettys has to offer.

Bettys is offering two sets of vouchers worth £100 each which allow the two winners to take a guest along for their bookable afternoon tea, which costs £49.95 per person.

The winners will be able to reserve their table at either the Imperial Room in Harrogate or the Belmont Room in York.

These rooms - located on the first floor of Bettys’ Harrogate and York tea rooms - are steeped in history and provide the perfect setting for afternoon tea.

You'll be serenaded by a pianist as you enjoy a selection of sandwiches, specially selected teas and miniature cakes and scones.

Bettys offers several versions of its famous afternoon tea tailored to dietary need or preference.

The menus are changed with the seasons, making the most of the freshest produce and wherever possible sourcing from farmers right here on our doorstep in Yorkshire.

Put aside any concerns you may have about not feeling full - Bettys staff will happily bring another pot of tea and a few more sandwiches to make sure you leave feeling content.

All five of Bettys shops in Harrogate, Ilkley, Northallerton, RHS Harlow Carr and York are stocked with freshly made cakes, biscuits, fancies and other tempting specialities, so pop in for a gift, a souvenir or a treat to enjoy when you get home.

And that’s not all – Bettys is also offering the chance to win a hamper packed with its delicious produce.

The Bettys Inspiration Hamper, which is worth £100, includes champagne truffles, a chocolate shortbread box, milk chocolate guinea and Yorkshire gingerbread.
