We are required by the Licensing Act 2003 to publish a statement of licensing policy which sets out our general approach to how we determine licensing matters, including applications, and how we will carry out regulatory functions in relation to the sale of alcohol, provision of regulated entertainment, and late-night refreshment across North Yorkshire.
A comprehensive review has taken place, and we are now consulting on our new statement of licensing policy (pdf / 888 KB).
