We’re asking for the views of our sheltered housing tenants on improvements and future plans for sheltered housing.
We are doing some research to understand the types of homes people over 60 in North Yorkshire prefer, especially those who rent or might consider renting from the council. We want to aim for continuous improvement for our residents, and, as times change, ensure our housing and services meet future needs.
As your landlord, we are eager to hear your thoughts on what you like about your current home and services, and what could be improved.
