The engaging and progressing people programme has now closed with Better Connect being chosen as our lead provider. Better Connect has recently launched their new programme Rise2Thrive, where more details can be found on the Better Connect website.

The key activities of this programme were:

• key worker support
• mental/physical health support
• financial wellbeing support
• employability support and training
• information, advice and guidance
