We offer MOT testing for cars, light vans and commercial vehicles at our vehicle depot in Scarborough.

MOT tests

We offer MOT tests in Scarborough for:

  • cars and lights vans (class 4) 
  • 3 and 3.5 tonne commercial vehicles (class 7)

Unfortunately we are currently not able to offer MOT tests at our vehicle depot in Harrogate.

The current cost of an MOT is: 

  • £54.85 for class 4 vehicles 
  • £58.60 for class 7 goods vehicle 

Please note that we can’t repair your vehicle.

Re-tests

Re-tests are charged at half the test fee: 

  • £27.43 for class 4 vehicles 
  • £29.30 for class 7 goods vehicles 

Testing opening hours and how to book your MOT

Our test centre is located on Dean Road in Scarborough town centre. Tests are carried out: 

  • Monday to Friday – from 7.30am until the last slot at 4pm
