Scarborough Fair - throughout the year

The Scarborough Fair is a year-round programme of distinctive arts, heritage and sporting events at venues across the town. See full details on the Scarborough Fair website.

Scarborough Goldwings Light Parade - 14 September

Goldwing motorcycles sporting neon lights make a procession along the seafront before the night is closed out with a show-stopping fireworks display. We work in partnership with the organisers of the event, which is all in aid of the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

Filey Kite Festival - 21 to 22 September

An annual event held on the stunning headland of Filey Brigg attracting some of the UK's best kite flyers, showcasing some of the brightest and most extravagant kites. This year there will be a food festival with a wide variety of of cuisines on offer.

Moonlight on the Lake - 25 to 26 October

Illuminated sculptures and lanterns created by Animated Objects will be installed on Peasholm Lake and throughout the park telling the story of the park and the wider town's history.

Autumn Daze - 30 October

A family day featuring bush craft demonstrations, storytelling, marshmallow toasting, primitive fire-starting and craft activities and a scavenger hunt.

Scarborough Sparkle - 29 November to 1 December

A festive family event in Scarborough's North Bay with fairground rides, festive stalls, delicious food and drinks and live music. The event opens with a lantern parade.
