We are looking for a Business Support Office to join our Business Support team.

 

A vacancy has arisen for a Case Support Worker for Early Help.  You will join a highly motivated team with good customer service skills who undertake a variety of tasks, updating bespoke databases, minuting taking,  

 

 

The Service

 

Early Help is part of the Children & Families Service providing interventions to children, young people, and their families, as well as statutory work for those open to Children’s Social Care and Youth Justice.    

 

 

The role

 

As a Case Support Worker, you will provide administrative support, involving daily updating, amending and processing tasks within bespoke databases, handling calls, providing support to the operational team and minuting meetings all within specific timescales. This is a varied and rewarding role.

 

We are supporting a hybrid approach to office and home working however you must be willing to travel for training, meetings and to provide cover at other sites and services across the area.



This is an exciting opportunity to support the Children and Families Service, managers, and operational teams with a primary focus on Early Help.





What you will bring….

 

The successful applicant must have good ICT and literacy skills.  You must be able to prioritise your own workload, be conscientious, well organised, accurate, with eye for detail.  You will have the ability to work unsupervised and be flexible in your approach, being able to work using your own initiative as a well as effectively in a team.

 

You must respect the need for confidentiality of personal information and have knowledge of Data Protection (GDPR), Equalities and Health and Safety requirements of working within an office environment.
