We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator within the central Buying Team, working within the Finance Support service based at County Hall. We are currently supporting a hybrid approach to office and home working and all IT equipment will be provided to the successful applicant.

 

 

The Role:

 

This is a customer focused role providing a wide variety of financial administrative duties for our internal customers and external organisations.

 

Duties will include the purchasing of goods, services and works and the processing of invoices and payments to our suppliers, booking of rail travel and accommodation and the management of generic mailbox, whilst providing outstanding customer service via telephone and email.

 

 

What you will bring:

 

You will be a conscientious, flexible and well-organised person with the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, prioritising your workload. Excellent communication skills are essential, both written and verbal and you will have experience in the use of Microsoft packages including Excel and Word.
