A
part time vacancy – 18.5 hours, all day Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday
morning, has arisen for a Business Support Administrator to support various
Adult Social Worker Teams based at Hipswell House, Catterick Garrison.

 

You will
work closely with other Business Support colleagues as well as members of the
Operational Teams.
 

 

Duties will include:
 

• Updating electronic filing systems / document management

• Distribution of Confidential Information

• General administration

• Data entry/logging information/processing data

• General telephone / email queries

• Scanning and photocopying duties

• Reception Duties
 

 

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they are
motivated and have good communication and customer care skills. Accuracy and
attention to detail are also important. You must respect the need for confidentiality
of personal information and have knowledge of Data Protection, Equalities and
Health and Safety requirements of working within an office environment.
