Members of the public in North Yorkshire are allowed one free standard collision data request in any one financial year. All requests by commercial concerns such as transport consultants, solicitors or insurers, will be charged.
If a charge is due, we will send you a quote and, if you wish to continue, you will then be charged for the time spent in the production of the data. The cost of this is based on how large an area the data is required for, and how many years' data is required. The minimum charge is £40. The tables below provide further detail.

- if a site/route has no collisions there will be no charge
- if a site/route above 1.6km (1 mile) has less than five collisions we will charge the lower band
