Change of venue for all appointments - Richmond registration office temporarily closed
Due to unforeseen circumstances, all appointments for birth and death registrations, as well as notices of marriage and civil partnerships will now be held at Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond, DL10 4JX. Visitors should report to the main reception - there is disabled access down a ramp to the front of the building. Toilet facilities are available.
Mercury House is located within a five minute walking distance from the registration office. Mercury House does not offer any parking facilities for visitors apart from a disabled space outside the building - please therefore use the pay and display car parks in Richmond.
Please note that all ceremonies will continue to be held at Richmond registration office.

Our registration offices are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
Please note that all appointments for birth and death registrations, and notices of marriage and civil partnerships are currently being held at Mercury House in Richmond. The registration office is still open for ceremonies.

There are no gardens at the building but there are photographic possibilities across the road in Richmond gardens, which is just a short distance from the office.
The office has one step from the street and disabled access will be provided. There are limited toilet facilities available.
