Use this service to report a missed bin collection for domestic properties in the former Richmondshire district.
Please report a missed bin collection within two workings days of a missed collection. We are unable to collect a missed bin reported after this time and you will need to wait until your next collection. We are unable to return to collect missed recycling.
Before reporting a missed bin, please check:
- you put your bin or containers out on the correct day - check your waste collection day
- your bin or containers were out for collection before 6am
