Payments
We take full payment for all parties and private hire of our facilities at the time of booking.
Refunds
If you cancel:
- more than two months ahead of the booking we will refund 100% of the cost
- less than two months ahead of the booking but more than three weeks ahead of the booking, we will refund 50% of the cost
- we are not able to offer a refund for bookings cancelled with less than three weeks' notice
Cancellations by us
If we need to cancel your booking, we will do our best to give you as much notice as possible and offer you an alternative date for hire.
If an alternative date is not suitable for you, we will give you a full refund but we will not be liable to make any further compensation payment.
If we need to cancel or terminate your booking on the day because of a safety reason which is not your fault, any refund will be at our discretion.
If you, or someone in your party, are the cause of the cancellation or termination of a booking, no refund will be paid.
