An exciting opportunity has arisen for
the appointment of a Business Support Officer, within the Business Support Electoral
Services Team, 18.5 hours per week, to include a Friday. The
successful applicants will support the Principle Electoral
Service Officers and the wider team with the day to day Business Support
requirements. The role is based at Civic Centre, Harrogate, but there may be
requirements for you to work from other areas across the County.  

 

What you will bring…

The
successful applicant must have good keyboard skills and experience in word
processing, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and Outlook email system. Good
literacy and numeracy skills are required. You must be able to prioritise your
own workload, therefore good organisational skills, accuracy and attention to
detail are important, as well as the ability to work unsupervised.
