Welcome to North Yorkshire County Council's online maps service. It is completely free for you to use whilst you are online and provides you with the opportunity to find points of interest and displays maps about various services throughout the county.

The information provided through the online maps pages is protected under copyright. By using the online maps service you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Please note that the distances given are straight line measurements. They are indicative only and should not be used as a basis for making decisions on school admissions. For these purposes we measure the nearest route that a child can walk with reasonable safety, accompanied as necessary. We usually make the measurements using an electronic mapping system. 

The details of the road network are supplied for information purposes only. It should not be relied upon for determining legal status.

The details of the public right of way network are for information only, it is not an extract of the Definitive Map and should not be relied on for determining the position or alignment of any public right of way.
