What are these services?

I have recently attended an interview, what happens next if I am successful?

The recruiting manager will return the results of the interview to recruitment and selection services.

On receipt of this information a conditional offer will be issued to you within seven working days. Within the correspondence, you will be directed to a web page where there are a number of guidance documents to read and forms to complete and return to recruitment and selection services.

The recruitment team will also request the following employment clearances:

  • References;
  • Pre-employment health questionnaire; and
  • CRB clearance (where appropriate).

Once the clearances are received, they will be provided to the recruiting manager for approval. It is the recruiting manager who will contact you directly regarding your appointment. Provided the employment clearances are deemed satisfactory, we will arrange a start date with you. Recruitment and selection services will then issue an unconditional offer of employment.
