Get involved in Health and Adult Services

Help us make our adult social care and public health services the best they can be.

Involvement is about hearing your voice and involving you in shaping what services and support look like in North Yorkshire.

We want to work together with people and communities from across North Yorkshire to enable people to live good lives.

Everyone has unique skills, experiences and ideas to share. There are lots of different ways to get involved and speak up about what matters to you. Some recent examples include:

  • creative activities, such as photography, to share your views and ideas
  • taking part in workshops and events
  • sharing your ideas and feedback in surveys, focus groups and one-to-one conversations
  • creating videos
  • developing training
  • taking part in interview panels and recruitment activities for new staff
