The proposed variation is as below:-
Annex 2 – amend conditions consistent with the operating schedule - under the Prevention of Public Nuisance objective, that “Use of beer garden restricted to 11:00 to 23:20 hours each day so it reads as follows:
Use of beer garden restricted to 11:00 until 20 minutes following the last sale of alcohol. No drinks to be taken into the beer garden thereafter.
